I've been waiting now for 45+ minutes for my server to start but it just keeps loading, I have restarted once before when the timer reached 21 minutes. But now its been 50 minutes. I have cisco medieval rpg ultimate modpack installed with 8gb budget option, is this a normal thing or is something wrong?

Hey - the issue Hakpi had was different. Hakpi was stuck on the installing screen, not startup.
Big modpacks can take a while to startup - configs have to be written, spawn needs generated, etc. Some of the really big ones take a half hour the first time, easy.
Best thing to do if it's taking a while is to check in the Console to see if it's still working at stuff or if it got stuck.
