Did your server start working yet? I've had the same issue around when yours began and I havent figured out how to fix it, just waiting on support to respond.

We submitted a support ticket a few hours ago, but unfortunately it’s went unanswered. I know we received an email saying we’d have updates yesterday but never heard anything.

Bot collects some common info, then it's in a queue for the humans.

Queue is sorted by least recent message, so "pinging" regularly will delay responses.

We were mid-live event at 6PM EST, that’s when we went down. Saturday night and at our peak activity time too. :(

We haven’t replied to the ticket at all and it’s been 4 hours now.

Yeah usually their support was pretty good, but that was before the new system. Like I can’t find a way to check the status of the ticket now, and I’m pretty sure we could before. I understand they host a lot though, trying to be patient.

Yeah, we don’t have the install thing. At first I thought they were just behind on the maintenance and decided to do it today, but I’m kind of doubting that now. 4 hours is a lot without any kind of update, and usually if they moved the date they’d email us too.

Nah. Bisect is great, this clearly is an issue right now. I've been hosting from them for a few years now

I dont think so, if there entire site was having issues there would be 20k+ people here, for tickets there is a big delay, but hopefully soon that will be sorted out with more staff

I figured the site may be having issues due to no response on ticket, and me not being able to open a separate ticket at all

ah yea, you can only make 1 ticket at a time now, witch sucks if you need to open another one. The waiting and no response is because lack of staff and with the new system, last i heard there where more staff in training, and the system has its issues.

My group of friends is switching to another game to play tonight. Headliners dropped a big update while we wait for Bisect to fix the issue

For refund you will need to first cancel your server, then on the ticket you made, request a refund instead

ok you also don't need to keep the tickets up, you can leave that tab whenever you want and a message will be sent to your email when support staff gets to you

Updating: just got a message back on my ticket they’re aware of the issue and are working on it, no exact ETA just yet.

Note that looking for servers/players is a Rule 7 violation. The Discord is full of people who either have or had their own servers they run.

Sorry about that - we are not actively looking for players and did not end up sending them anything either.

Updating: they are reporting it was a node issue and our server is back online.
