I wouldn't get your hopes up in getting help building your modpack. We aren't mean, but that's just not the focus here.

Back to your original statement.
There's four possibilities here:
- You've misunderstood the error message.
- You've mis-included the Fabric API somehow.
- You've got a different version of Fabric than 0.86.0.
- The mod's detection of Fabric is defective.

I think you actually have to use a replacement for FabricAPI when running on Forge with Synatra?
