Download the pack from the curseforge website (not the app) and follow the guide that the bot linked

I am trying but every time I do SFTP, they asks me for a password, is it that of SFTP password? because I don't have one so idk what to do on that case

I'm tryng to follow the blog of how to put a modpack, but I'm so confused on the SFTP part, I saw the blog about it, when I put all the required credentials to WinSCP, they ask me for a password, and the password isn't on SFTP Details, they just said "Your control panel password", idk what control panel password or where it is

When you purchased your server in the setup email there were your control panel credentials. It’s where you manage your server.

The SFTP credentials are that funky username shown on the "SFTP Details" dialog and your Bisect server panel password.

Correct. The STFP Details says "Your control panel password". They want you to use the same password that you use to open the server control panel.
