hey my server is in Montreal Canada when i try connecting in game i instantly get timed out and when i try connecting to console so see why I'm stuck with "We're having some trouble connecting to your server, please wait..." this has been going on for an hour with no sign of stopping i tried going to bisect support but haven't gotten a reply within the last hour

Nothing you (or us here) can do for that unfortunately. If you already have a ticket in, the support staff will get to it ASAP and see what is going on.
They've been a bit busy with tickets, so it might be just a little bit before they reply back, they'll get to it soon though.
