I did over an hour ago, and I still haven't gotten a response.
It's been going on for the last hour and I submitted a ticket at that time.
And I havent gotten a response
Yeah, same, but it said its for Dallas and I'm on the VA ones
I'm assuming I'm also on VA due to being on the east coast, but I'm not sure where I would check for that at

Tickets may be into the 1+ hours right now. They've been a little backed up and short staffed.
If you have a message in, they'll get to it ASAP. Please avoid sending new messages until they replied though. They sort the message queue based on longest outstanding reply. So replying sets it back to the end of queue.
Today is Feb 3. That maintenance window does not open for another 10-ish hours
I’m aware it’s the third. However, that doesn’t mean they can’t start early. Not saying that they did/are, just saying that the possibility is there.
