I was playing on my server tonight and we randomly DC'd. I went to the control panel and it said "We are having trouble connecting to your server." I am also unable to open the servers files.

Tickets may be into the 1+ hours right now. They've been a little backed up and short staffed.
If you have a message in, they'll get to it ASAP. Please avoid sending new messages until they replied though. They sort the message queue based on longest outstanding reply. So replying sets it back to the end of queue.

Same thing happening to me right now. I submitted a ticket a few hours ago, they said it'd be around 24 hrs. for a possible fix.
