Getting switched to new node

Was wondering if i have to manually stop my server, or they can migrate and shut it down themselves? id like to let my players play up until the switch and was wondering - just wanna partner to make it smooth. Have a support ticket open in browser but havent gotten a response since 5:48

also wondering what the estimated downtime for a node switch typically is (i imagine it depends on the size of the server)

That's a question you should be asking the BH techs -- we here are just other server owners; we don't have those kind of details.

The BH tech can shutdown your server; you don't need to do it for them.
