Not sure how/why the port would be in use

Mine just keeps taking me to the chat, that is not being read now the the AI has no responses.

And there is no AI, it's just a simple bot with some pre-questions.

it's all humans. It just starts off with some basic questions so it gets the right info like what server etc but that's not AI

ya and mine keeps takeing me to an old ticket with a guy named jacob who hasnt even been online in like 20 hours

they might use pre-written messages so they will look the same but it's sent by a human

also keep in mind sending any new message will bump your waiting time back to 0. So just write your full question/issue in a single message in the ticket and then just wait for a response. You don't need to keep the chat open either it will notify you through email as well if there's a response

K... Well it said 15 minutes nearly an hour ago.... Then WHY does it tell you to add extra detail if its going to constantly reset you....'

normally it's 15 minutes. Last I heard it's very backed up so it'll be a few hours
