Confused on how to give myself admin 7DTD

I used the FAQ page and followed the steps but it didnt work

hoping this works but there is two <users> lines and i dont know if thats an issue or not

The commented out lines (what displays in gray) is what needs to have your player information; To uncomment it you'd need to removethe <!-- and -->
per:
6. Navigate to <users> and uncomment the following line by removing the <!-- and --> at the beginning and end of the code.

i.e remove the <!-- and --> on the first line underneath <users> and replace the lines with your info
