Different issue. You cannot connect to your server in your panel.

I can't do anything with my server, because Bisect said there were issues with the location, which is also in Virginia.

We are aware, and so are they, you already have an active thread which is resolved.

It may only affect some servers and not all servers there's alot of different issues regarding servers. For example you cannot connect to your panel, but this user can.
