Did you link it properly? If its anything like dynmap then you need to set the config and run a command to load the map
You haven't said what the error is, just "doesn't work".
That's just from it using http instead of https.
You need to tell your browser to suck it up and show you anyway.

If this warning appears due to the Squaremap plugin or tool (commonly used in Minecraft server management for map rendering), it typically occurs because the web server hosting the map does not have a valid SSL certificate.
Here’s how to proceed safely and understand the issue better:
What Causes This?
- Self-Signed Certificate: Squaremap might generate a self-signed certificate or no certificate at all, which your browser doesn't trust.
- Mismatched Domain: The SSL certificate might not match the domain you're trying to access.
How to Proceed
If You Trust the Server:
- Advanced Option:
- Click "Advanced" on the warning screen.
- Select "Proceed to [website]". (This option allows you to bypass the warning.)
- Browser Shortcut:
- Press

How to Fix It (If You're the Admin)
If you're managing the Minecraft server and the Squaremap plugin, consider resolving the SSL issue:
-
Set Up a Valid SSL Certificate:
- Use a free service like Let's Encrypt to issue a valid SSL certificate.
- Ensure the certificate is properly configured for the domain (e.g.,
lifestealseason6.mcserver.us).
-
Configure Squaremap:
- Verify the
web-addressandweb-portsettings in the Squaremap configuration file. - If SSL is enabled, ensure the certificate and private key are correctly referenced in the configuration.
- Verify the
-
Use HTTP Instead of HTTPS:
- If HTTPS is not strictly needed, configure Squaremap to use HTTP instead. This avoids certificate validation but removes the encryption benefit.
- Update the URL to
http://instead ofhttps://to access the page.
Security Reminder
If you're bypassing the warning, ensure:
- The source is trusted.
- You're not entering sensitive information (e.g., passwords) on the site.
