add modpack to server

im trying to add an modpack into my server but hasnt be easy, the modpack name is PERFECTION is on curseforge but i cant find it on the browser of bisecthosting, how can i add it to the server?

You’d need to install it manually or if you have a Premium server (or a budget server with BisectBoost) you can request we install it for you 🙂

ok thanks so much, one last question i tried to do it my self but i messed up and deleted some files and the server can be started any more, what should i do

Depends what you deleted, if it’s something that’s stopping the server from starting it’s likely the server JAR itself or a mod; but I’d recommend a ticket

That way if we think it’ll be quicker, we can handle installing for you; and if not and we see the issue we can fix it for ya right quick 🙂

Quick offnote question Im trying to do the same thing as him how do i just upgrade to premium?

If you wanted to upgrade to premium youd need to submit a ticket (if you JUST bought it, you can get the budget server refunded to you as credits to put towards a premium one)

If you didnt just buy it, best bet is order premium -> ticket to transfer the files -> close out budget at the end of the cycle
