you installed a pack that can't live inside of 2GB package. you need to buy more ram.
that's why everything is going to disk on the swap
you don't have enough ram to run all the mods in the pack
so either switch a pack that has 100 or less mods, or upgrade.

for example my world of dragons i says 6GB is recommend, thus it will not run on a 2GB server.

nice, looking on their page i can see where some issue is, they are not listing the minimum ram requirement which is misleading. However, BH has it. if you click on where it says SWAP JAR (no don't actually do it), but click it you can see what BMC4 memory requirement is.

and if you don't want to learn how to do that for all future packs you want in BH. You will need 8GB you are missing 6GB.

you can install on you account as often as you like
I would recommend having no more than one tech mod suite (Create and its addons would be a tech mod suite)
no more than one dungeon suite
no more than one magic suite
and for 2GB server to feel good, no more than one mob mod (not suite), these mods are evil on ram.
and deco suites are huge hits too, so maybe only one mod of them too.
you can have as many QOL mods as you, Quality of Life, these are mods that run only on the client not server, and enhance the useability of the game from the players perspective such as Toast Control which gets rid of the popups like "asdw to move", "now punch a tree" etc
Jump Over Fences is QOL as it makes it so you can jump over fences.
