Check the Config section? On Java that's in server.properties, I think it's the same on Bedrock.

i fixed that thank you, im having trouble with a mod now though. i download a mod named soundscapes+ and it was downloaded with the other mods in the server (which work fine) but soundscapes+ for some reason is the only one that isnt working

Again, dunno Bedrock, but Java "re-writes" Server Properties with the current values on exit - so certain settings you have to change with the server stopped.
