S.O.S. How soon can my world be recovered after accidentally cancelling?

Context: I MADE A MISTAKE, I WENT TO UPGRADE MY SERVER TO 12 GB and I thought 'oh cancelling means i dont have to pay and can easily upgrade the ram to 12gb" AND THEN TODAY I WAKE UP TO THE WHOLE SERVER PAGE BEING DELETED. HELP!!!!!!! IM PANICKING!!!!!!

Yeah if the server is cancelled through the panel Bisect keeps your files for quite a while

Normally. We are just coming out of a huge outage with thousands of tickets, so it can still be a bit longer than that atm.

So assuming the thousands of tickets are to be processed first, how long would my new ticket from 45 min ago take in the queue even though its listed as 'high priority'? 3 hours? a day?

I'm not sure how long ticket times are right now! Guess would be a little over an hour? Staff will get to you though!

Update: how long does searching for backups take? its been 5 hours

Ticket staff has been swamped, and they just had a major maintenance at one datacenter.

Oh! It had to go to level 2.

I think there's only 3-4 L2 support techs, so they may not be on shift at the moment.

It would be interesting to see a background job that calculated the actual response time average and updated the message automatically. Well, interesting to me. But I'm weird that way.

otherwise my tickets been resolved aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaand they said my stuffs gone somehow

Usually 1-3 years, but I don't think they're obligated to any of that.
