As long as you selected the Recommended option for reinstalling, it should only touch the original modpack files. World files should have stayed.
Did you happen to rename the world to something different before? Its just world by default.

If you check the Instances tab on the left menu, do you have anything saved there?

Have you actually joined the server to see if the world is different?
If it is, what is the Level Name set to on the home page of your panel?

Stop the server, rename the level name to world_ then start the server again.
If that doesn't do it, send in a support ticket. The support staff have access to the files directly to see whats up 🙂

So, I noticed that when the last world was named "world," it actually loaded the one called "world_." When I joined, it was the same world so, I just renamed the last name back to "world," and my world is back again.
