how do i download the world file to my computer?

can someone tell me how to download it

basically im wondering how to save the world so i can have it and give it to my server members before we restart the world

also how do i turn on cheats?

In single player? Open to LAN, select "enable cheats".

I think you have to use a save editor to turn it on by default.
