Ive had a budget server for awhile, and want to put simple voice chat in. The control panel in the tutorial on YouTube looks completely different then the control panel I have, not sure if thats just because I'm on budget. How do I add in simple voice chat?

There should be some kind of microphone icon in the corner of the screen. Not sure exacly where, I don't use it myself.

Sounds like you might not have the mod installed right on your computer then.
That's the mod you should be using. That link also tells you the keybinds to make sure you have it installed right.
