hi all. can anyone explain why i am downloading the Better MC [FORGE] BMC4 mod pack which only has 2 mods even though the description says there are 270+? on my server. Am I missing something?

And is this for the server, or for you to run locally to connect to the server?

I go to the site and click "Download" on the page of this mod pack. After that, the download of BMC4 [FORGE] 1.20.1 v35.zip begins. Which for some reason weighs only 65 MB.
I download it to use it on my own and on the server. Accordingly, I install it there and there.

You're doing it the hard way.
v35 is current, so you can just let the panel do the work.
But to explain why there's only 2 mods, that download button downloads the same thing the launcher does - a list of mods to download, config files, and a few other things.
Which is fine for the launcher, since it knows how to look at the list of mods and download them all. Servers have no idea what to do with that.
If you did want to go the long way around and install the server by hand, you'd need to download the server pack. Which is a different file.

Not sure about Russia, but in the Western hemisphere it's generally considered rude to ask one company's community for help when you're paying for the service with a competitor.
