I'm the other one in the server mentioned in this thread. I know this might be a speculation, but the did the 50% black friday sale spur a bunch of people to rent servers all at once and cause slowdown on Bisect's end?

If it's a brand new server, hit the Reinstall button. That'll make it go back through the file copy process.

If that still doesn't work, open a ticket and they'll get it sorted.
