Make sure you're using the right Host, port, and username. Password is the Games Panel password, not the billing/tickets account.

Ticket staff are the only ones that have access to see why it's failing.
Some people have had luck changing their Games panel password (maybe it gets the password to re-sync with the FTP system?) and then it works, but if that doesn't do it, ticket's your best bet.

It's your game panel password. Check in there in databases
