Can't connect to server

I've just got a server for me and my friends, and we're doing some testing first before releasing it to the others, but I can't get in at all, it just says "can't connec to server" ingame.

What errors are you getting in console

Not seeing any errors

but myself and my mate whos helping me test said that we're both getting the "Getsockopt"

are you trying to use a direct ip or subdomain?
