#updating a mod.

I do not know... I'm going to try to figure that out.
Assuming that it does not, how do I update the mod without it destroying the world?
Just replace all the files that have been updated and don’t touch the world
play follow up question. I have new mods that require a world rest to generate things but I want to save the world and structures I have.
Either accept that what you currently have generated won’t have your new things and only currently unexplored areas will have your new stuff.
Or try to dive into the process of retrogenning but that’s a whole lot of hassle and work and can cause it’s fair share of bugs
Really? I can't save the world? The whole thing has to die to regenerate with new stuff?

apparently not. Well I can accept new areas having new stuff
I never mentioned deleting your world (albeit that’s the most surefire way to get it to work)
