I bought a server for me and a bunch of friends to play on, but none of us to connect to it. I purchased a RAM package that could run the mod, and everything seems to be up to date. In addition. I made sure to copy IP exactly. I am not sure what the problem is
Someone here has gotta know what to do

Seems like the ticket you need is on their website, set it to high priority

My ticket status changed from Open to In Progress, opened it about a half hour ago.

Yes and no. They gave me 3 new ips and the last one worked
