can someone tell me why my server keeps restarting?

server spammed the messages "restart in 30, 15, and 5 minutes" like 30times each and now the server is restarting all the time

This log shows the server just started and someone joined
there's no errors or shutdowns or crashes

idk, but after someone joins the server just restarts again
seems to work again tho
idk what the problem was

something about the scheduled restart maybe?
