#Is it possible to add a tag to a existing tag?

Not sure if i worded this correctly! But im trying to figure out if i can give a tag to a group of items by using an existing tag they all share.

EX: giving "#forge:foods/meat/raw" tag to the tag "#fossil:meat_uncooked"

same as you'd do with an item, just instead of an item ID you put the tag
