emit events? or listen to event?
you need the exact event they are talking about, better ask them to show code
so that isn't a vanilla event?
i have never heard about "entity_die", we need to see code
Tryin here. I don't understand the stuff but I do know Oritech has a github page.
oh it is a GameEvent
@proven gate but what is your point on this, you want to emit this for what?
just call .kill() in an entity that it will emit the event
I don't want to use entities that's why.
And the other method added by the mod is so slow.
Soul Flowers?
Yes
@proven gate did you check the config files if you can boost it?
I did look but I didn't find anything no
No
If I can emit from a block when certain properties are met. Such as consuming certain things like FE and fluids or something like that in a custom machine (using the custom machines mod)
@proven gate what you have? do you have the level? where is it? at tick event of the multiblock?
where is your base code to call the game event stuff?
I think you should start by that
In KubeJS I don't have anything to call the game event I don't know how to
So you are saying you don't have anything yet and want a test code?
Like punch the air or some block and increase the souls?
What is slow about the Soul Flowers? is it growth?
Correct I have nothing I just want to know if it is possible and how to emit the event in KubeJS so I can make any edits I need to, to it; Or even where a page for that stuff is located that is finished.
What I'm inevitably wanting is a custom machine to consume Fe, Industrial forgoing souls, and Create Enchantment Industry EXP and when it consumes that it will then emit the event and the souls will go up
Yes it's growth and I'm trying to not add too many mods.
does your pack have ae2? they have growth accelerators
That works on plants?
I thought it only worked on certus and AMethyst.
I just tested and it doesn't work
yes, plants
