Seems like one of the scripts in your instance is using the old 1.18 format onEvent, newer versions use EntityEvents.<other event> or PlayerEvents.<some event> etc

Check whatever script you have on your instance folder/kubejs/<scripts>

See if any of the client/server/startup scripts use the old format
