Caused by: java.lang.NullPointerException: ItemStack should never be null, but recipe nuclearcraft:fluid_infuser/plutonium_238-nitrogen[nuclearcraft:fluid_infuser] returned null as the output! 
I feel like this is a bug in that mod
there was a similar issue recently, let me see if I can find that
