I noticed there's a "Set Owner ID" but no "Get Owner ID"?

The answer is wolf.getOwnerUUID() it just doesn't show up in the IDE if you don't type check. ;w;

Yeah it was weird I thought it was bugged but it just wasn't showing up in VSCode. Now I'm trying to figure out how to get a player as a damage source so I can do 1 damage to something.
