switch from forge to fabric

I'm really getting annoyed with forge and wanna make the server fabric based - now got a question: would it be possible making something like this with KubeJS: https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/mc-mods/inventory-actions
asking the same question on carpet on their discord too and if that would be possible with either of those 2 I might do the switch

I don't think this is possible with KubeJS, this would likely require some mixin coremod
