idk would it help you to go look at yoga sessions on youtube? just to get an idea and roughly estimate "can I do this or not" although there are also always beginner friendly adjustments to the exercises. if you aren't flexible enough for the full range of movement, don't attempt to go all the way and end up hurting yourself

I was never able to bend over and touch my toes while keeping legs straight for example, just go until you feel challenged and you're fine 😆

Just catching up on messages! Worth noting that at Gjipe, while there are bars and a small food place that takes wristband, there are some other places that are cash-only. So I'd recommend bringing some Lek or Euros with you just in case!

I set up my Wristband account as Firey Dog, so they had difficulty finding it, then how do I prove that I also known by this, fortnately one of HQ recognised it so approved it. So tip, leave the wristband account as the same name as the ticket.

I did it the otherway around, got an esim version of my UK number, leaving the slot open for a local physical sim. You can collect a physical one at the airport for example, One Albania or Vodafone are the most common. Cost are reasonable too.

It was a bad all round, I was all planned and set eating breakfast when i got a text as my train was cancelled. free travel on the next one, but that missed the connections, so bought another ticket for the earlier train, then had parking issues, found a long term space, and on train. then get text flight was delayed. Took off at 23:30 arrived in Tirana 04:30. Walk to Hotel and find someone to let me in. wind down and chat later, decided on breakfast and caught the shuttle to Dhermi. Checkin gget wristband, eat, and Yatch Club. by 3 am I had to crash. and I was the one telling people its not a sprint its a marathon so dont over do it day one 😂

I get absolutely crippling allergies (@hardy moat can attest, I sit next to them many days a week and for four months a year it sounds like an elephant inhaled a trombone 🤧) - have actually normally found Explorations a welcome relief from the worst pollen and hayfever, but I know everyone's different. I always find it better by the sea than I do in the tight airless streets of South London lol x
