Last years was Thursday 8th through to Tues 13th for the main part, but there was wellness walk on the Wednesday 14th. So this year is listed as main 13-18 same length of time, but they may well add a wellness session on the 19th too as last year but we dont yet know that info.

Where does the event take place exactly? Do you guys recommend looking at Airbnbs? Will be my first time 🙂

Takes place in Dhermi, Albania. The event is orgainsed by Mainstage so all tickets and places to stay are arranged through them, the costs are not expensive really, a room is anything from ~£100 upwards to max of £450 for the duration and then the entrance ticket for the period on top. Hence why we all will be sat waiting to login and grab a place and ticket! You just need to arrange flights as needed. Transfers are optional extra's if you wish.

A few solo yes, but, there are only limited places for singles and many double or triple rooms etc. So you must be fast off the mark or do as I did last year bought a double room for myself.

Although in the end I did have someone else to go with me.

Also, if it is Albania and the Dhermi location that adds to the appeal, then bear in mind this may be the last one as it is being considered being held somewhere else in 2025. Thereafter it was speculated to then alternate locations, maybe Dhermi in 2026?

Hotels like Empire and Elysium will sell quickly, basically any hotel that's in the immediate vicinity of the festival area. Hotels in Drymades are nice and generally won't sell immediately because of their distance from the festival area, you'll need a shuttle pass to get there and back

I stayed in Drymades last year... it was nice if you wanna lay low during the day and just stay at the beach!
Plus you always have a place to sit in the shuttle and you'll never miss your stop when going back

What time do you usually have to pay the full amount?

Last year it was £75 deposit upfront, 50% beginning of January and 50% end of February - once tickets are secured and the deposit paid you will have the option to add Gjipe, Pool or Wellness session tickets and any other extras like shuttle pass (If you stay in Drymades it is essential imho) and transport to and from the area.

Tbh I wasn't a fan of them this year! I mean I liked it! But prefer gjipe and the cove during the day

I would definitely not plan on waiting for response from other people for this fest. Especially people who are not 1000% both feet in right now. Just too much demand for tickets/rooms that it's best to plan based on the numbers for those people who are 1000% in.

I did that last year, booked a 3 person room for 2 people at Hotel Orange in Drymades, only ever intended going alone, but really wanted to go so thought *** it I am doing it. In the end someone came with me, but it was by chance only as I fully intended alone!

You can pay in LEK, the local currency or Euro's. Expect a rough translation rate of 1 Euro = 100 LEK. Current tourist rates I can check in the morning since I am in Albania now. Expect change in LEK even if you pay in Euro's. Festival official vendors all use the cashless system and this is also accpeted in a few other places too.

Sure two things you can do, take a guided 'Wellness Course' some are exploratory, or just go up into the hills and walk, some super views and tings to find - little waterfall for example - or grab ataxi and journey a little further away for some other good sites.

But, when it comes down to it, I was waaaaay to tired to go anywhere except between venues, food, and Hotel 🤣

My last (first) summer solo trip near a beach location - in Thasas, Greece (not music trip) I -actually- got bored pretty quick after the few things I had planned and did along the trip (mountainbiking, beach chilling, exploring some points of interest), but perhaps since this event is heavy loaded with personal good music scenes and like minded music-vibers the whole experience would be something else :P... or not 😛 Thought to test a new trip with something of interest/fun to do, and maybe a music themed experience would be a good baseline of entertainment, and perhaps mini adventures could happen along the way to fill in any void time, if the case

IF you don't get what you want, or, its pretty much sold out, do not fret, but wait until a week or two before the first payment date and a fair few will become available as peoples circumstances change, there were many to be found this way last year, and this year there is no cost for a name change either until May. Stay strong and you will get there!

ATM's will charge you like 8 Euros I think, on top of what you draw out too! So exchange is the way to go

Current rates are 1 - Euro 101, USD, 92, GBP 115 LEK, but the Hotels will also want a cash deposit in Euro's so have upto 200 Euros spare for that too in cash!
