In Port Akiziwe most of the NPCs wearing EVAC suits keep their helmets on even when they get down to almost no O2 left. They also have the Bleeding Out tag on their profile. 1 specific one (Ning Trujillo) in the screenshot seems to have suffered a suit explosion or something. Lots of material scattered around him, including some that slipped outside of the station, he is naked, bleeding out and unconcious. He also has the insurance fraud quest attached to him and I remember that he also gave the || 20 carbon fiber request, so I assume he is supposed to be the npc for the Kang RCS Intake Regulators request, too. ||

Weird, I specifically had something similar happen with my ||give 20 carbon fiber|| quest giver too. I had the quest to go talk to him, Found him unconscious in mescaform or commercial, He wasn't dead so i stripped him and left him there hoping he would recover. The quest updated a few in game days later when the actual objective popped for ||give 20 carbon fiber|| though i haven't been back to the station to verify he's back awake. I've also had some NPCs refuse to remove their helmets to sleep, with them spamming trying to use the bed and failing because of the helmet. Maybe its something related to that?
