that's the 'tame' one. Let me know if you would like a copy of the one where it 'deleted' rooms causing a loss of atmo that wouldn't re-fill

I can save the menu way, but the quicksave and autosave mess things up. I am wondering if I just backup the save folder and do a complete re-install of the game?

There are both sets of exceptions on one screen...

I think that I may have figured out what started the problem...

The SSD partition that the game saves were on was nearly full. So my guess is that there was some reserving of space as well, and the game couldn't save properly?

I cleared some space and was able to Quicksave from a load of that first save that I sent... let's see if I load it and get the 'ghost room' scenario...

I will lose some game time/building but at least I will be able to play!

Loaded mostly without a hitch, not sure if those exceptions are an issue... I will play for a bit and see how it goes.

that could be a reason. The game needs around 500 to 700 mb of free space for a game like yours to temporarily save the ships.

The warnings should be save to ignore and will require a patch from us.
If the autosaves cause issues again, then you can disable the system completely in the options menu. Not ideal but at least it wont give you any errors until we can release a patch for it.

Just completed multiple quicksaves and realoaded safely.

I realize that in this day and age of plentiful and cheap storage that this is sort of an 'edge case' but I hope that it saves someone in the future a bit of frustration... 😉
