Economy Overview: (And Justification)
I re-worked the food and water prices. The big problem is that in order for people to be alive, they have to both eat and drink. Unfortunately the prices in-game are simply far to high for people to live off.

You have 2 options, either you go with career lore style economy breakdown, or you go with in-game economy breakdown, and both will fail.

Career Lore: When making character, save money option = $500 a year, or $1.5 a day extra saved.
In-game lore: Roughly $200 p/day , which isn't even enough for water rations.

The economy is now based on a minimum wage of roughly $200 p/day.
Theres cheap stuff, theres expensive stuff.

At the end of the day its an RPG and you choose what you want to eat. How you feed your character, how you dress and treat them etc.

Mod Roadmap:
Planning on more food/drinks/hairs/clothes/armors/pda's/etc.
more in-game items, and a slight basic re-work of the economy and cost of said items.

There will be cheap stuff, there will be expensive stuff.
Full immersion RPG please :)

Nice, the economy overhaul sounds good as wages seem extremely low

Though I imagine the money we save each year is after we have spent money on things like food and water

Suggestion, can you change it so that we still make some money when we are adding skills and traits since we are still living our lives during that time... maybe not as much money as if we just worked but it feels weird we make nothing

Oh yeah, I forgot to mention, I will certainly take requests, but ofc depending on what the request is changes the % that I will do it. Depends on the difficulty and complexity, and if im capable of doing it.

That being said, as far as adding money gain to skills/traits,
I don't believe it's entirely necessary to do that. As you play the game you end up getting so much money that any of the starting money is really kind of irrelevant.

It also seems it would be tedious and complicated to add that to all the traits and skill options.

About the money you save every year, the flavor text specifically states you skip meals often and save as much as you can, but you end up only saving up to like 500 at maximum. At best that's still only $1.5 every day saved. Ofc the money saved is made to be balanced to the cost of items in the base game though.

So that's why im tailoring the immersion towards a general $200 p/day wage. (my first crew mate was like $175 p/day but I figured i'd give it a bit of wiggle room.)

I keep getting "ERROR: Null CO found in loot _______ (a lot of stuff). Skipping." When loading this. Then if I play the game I find weird stuff like "people" that are just a pile of there stuff on the floor and there body parts jibbed that can't be accessed. O.o

no idea why this is happening either, as i've never tried to mod a game before. just thought the creator is aware of this error the mod is creating!!

I would but I'm pretty new to modding games and currently each time I do I have this dread that I am about to blow up my computer, so I guess I'm to scared to try a mod less current.

Wait so how much does food/water/clothes cost now in the mod?
Noodles are about 200-400 ingame atm and I'm looking for a mod that bumps them down hard so they're more of an RP element

some foods don't work - i bought Chicken Stir Fry with Veggies but i can only bash it and no option to eat it:(
