As seen in the attached screenshot, I have 2 turbo pumps in my storage bay. I would like to sell them, and the Storage Bay is in my Barter zone, but it doesn't show on the salvage store.

I sure can, but I learned in fact that barter zones don't work with any installed storage at all, may it be a ground bay, installed racks etc. Only loose storage like Trucks, loose items or smart chests work in the barter zone. I'll still provide a savegame for you. :)

Here you go, mate.
1x Turbo pump is in the ground bay
1x Turbo pump is in the dolly truck below it
Both are in Zone 1, which is set as Barter Zone.
