Build menu does what build menu wants, build menu doesnt care if meatbag player want only brown and black sublfoor, meatbag player is dumb so build menu will build white subfloor bins.
I may be dumb build menu, but I wanna be dumb with my brown and black subfloor bins thank you.

Actually, I think its just between the white and the black/brown subfloor bins. The build menu sticks to their guns and places orange ones only when I tell it to.
