Txt with warnings from my save.
i dont really know what they mean, but hope to help in any way i can.
triggered this warning (warning1.txt) taking a battery recharger from backpack on the ground to my own backpack.

Happened to me as well today, had to completely close the game and restart it to get it back.

i just saved, went to the menu, and got back with everything working ok

Just had it happen again to me. I removed a tote bag from the Bulkhead Container 2x, brought it back to my ship, place it on the ground and then came back to the container and tried to open it. Just saved it, I'll upload it as soon as I can.
Got the save after the bug, and the autosave right before the bug. I'll try to see if I can repro it.
From the autosave:
* Walked into derelict
* Scrapped the initial door
* Opened Bulkhead container right after the door on the left
* Looked into the inventory of the tote bag inside the bin
* Removed crowbar to make room in my character's right hand
* Placed tote bag in character's right hand
* Grabbed the food from the bin
* Walked back into my ship and dropped the tote bag into a slot of my airlock
* Walked back into derelict, opened the bin again.
* Bug Repro successfully!
Was able to repro it with the steps above.
Something interesting, when I loaded the game again, everything is working fine, but the bin is completely empty. It should have had a toolbox inside it. I dunno if that is useful.
