its a pysical one but most good ones are special

and physical ones are kinda weak, i been using his original move but i dont really enjoy it, sicne it forces me into the move for multiple turns and then confuses me

other options are raging fury (which is an outrage clone), flame charge (doesn't do much damage but boosts your speed), and heat crash (DLC only, but you did mention temper flare)

talk to a person in the snowy city I forget the name of (where the ghost gym is) and they'll max out an IV for ya, but the pokemon has to be at least level 50 first

one IV per bottle cap (so 5-6 for a full mon, usually 4-5)

for natures you can grab mints at the vitamin shop (also in the ghost gym town) to change it to whatever you want

if you're playing on a second save file you can just home it over to the first file if you have it, use a dragon cheer TM on it there, then home it back to the second file to evolve it, that also works
