Yeah, turns out you don't even have to do any of the story for either Kitakami or Blueberry to get the quest. All that's required is 150 Kitakami dex for BM Ursaluna and 200 Blueberry dex so you can get them in Area Zero. I thought it would take much longer

tbh the best way is to do raids and feed your pokemon the copious amounts of exp candy that rain down upon you

Also, most of the Pokemon I'm currently raising are ones built for raids, with like.. max HP and all that.

well, you can do 4 star raids with pokemon that aren't 100% set up

the best way to start is to funnel everything into getting a raid setup Iron Hands and using it to delete all raids that are weak to fighting and don't carry strong Psychic moves
(if you have Scarlet and don't have anyone to give you an Iron Hands, but do have online, I can trade you one)
