Basically on the light side you should use a light outline color (check what the official sprite uses) and on the bottoms it should usually be black

#

If the sprite has a dark outline color in the original you can use that too

there should always be a mix of outline colors tho

This is my first time seeing it but based on it's appearence I'm guessing it's a fusion of Skarmony & Deoxys. So for me as someone viewing it for the first time I like how you've combined the 2 pokemon by keeping recognisble aspects of both (wings, arms & legs are the first that come to mind for me) while also being unique
