I will say, just from my own experience trying to fix some wonkyness with the female overworld sprites, you really just gotta tweak it yourself. One method I'd suggest to help yourself out is to put some easily seen marker on each sprite to help you at least get everything centered, like this

Hey @distant jungle! Sprite packs come out at the beginning of each month! There is no exact date, sometimes it can take up to a week for a all the sprites to be sorted and propped for release. Please go harrass Kiwi if she takes longer than that. :)

To add them to your game, simply copy all the files into your game's CustomBattlers folder. The pack also contains alts and things such as joke sprites and regional variants, which you can also add to your game if you wish.

You can swap between alts of a given fusion in-game, using the Pokédex!
