So, to summarize, a Sprite Chain is a sub-contest similar to the Secret Spriter series in which our goal is to get requests done, but the way we do so is different.

To start, there will be a sign-up Google Form released on January 1st to sign up for the chain, and also choose whether you'd like to be a reservist in the event someone can no longer participate in the chain.

Afterwards, we pick 4 names randomly from the list and give them a sprite to do with a good amount of time to do it. Once they are finished, they can place their sprite into a drive (that will be up), and choose a person from the sign up list to request a sprite from. Once a person receives a request and finishes it, they can't get be chosen to give a request to and are crossed off the list. This process will go on until everyone who signed up is crossed off the list.

After that it's voting like a normal contest
