I didn't make the contest sprites, it's not up to me to post them. You're free to ping people about it.
If they still don't respond, or if the sprites gone through spritework but been abandoned, that's the case when I'd prefer to use the bot. Some contest entries may simply not be "finished" in the eyes of their creators and they felt a time crunch to finish them, or maybe they did just forget.

I'm willing to upload them with the bot in those situations I mentioned, though.
