On a technical level, pretty good.
Resembles a sheet ghost, spooky.

Breadedhat Cons:
Funny, not really creepy.
Blue outline is peculiar.
Too much dithering.
Wings look awkward.

Pengu Pros:
It's creepy absolutely, that's for sure.
Tongue looks cool.
Glowing eyes are a nice touch.

Pengu Cons:
Not usable in-game even slightly.
Blood on tongue isn't shaded

A fusion is when it's traditional art or sprited from scratch. When it takes the parts of other pre-existing sprites and puts them together, it's called splicing.
