i mean, technically i see their logic. "If you make it so less people are in the raffle your chances go up". if it starts with 0 slots filled 300 slots open, and they take 2 slots, that means maximum size of the raffle is 299 since you took two spots. if everyone took 1 spot it'd be 1/300 for everyone.
it's less that it increases YOUR odds and more that it increases the odds of each individual since there's technically less raffle competition
unless they somehow re-add competition

that being said i uh, won't be taking advantage of that, personally, lol.

The ears looks a bit asymmetrical to me, and you've got some black outlines where you shouldn't. The lines are also a bit too straight in a few places. I think the pose is fun tho, and I like the overall vibe a lot ^^

You should still avoid completely straight lines when you can, just curving them a bit would some movement to them and make them seem a bit less artificially stiff

I think the reference hate wouldn't be increasing if they were used appropriately. In many cases it's difficult to see what Pokémon it's supposed to be or the reference looks too forced.

Both references and SFX have that exact issue. They are overused and not to make the result better. The difference is that references are to eye-catch the fans of these references while the VFX are to eye-catch overall. The result on both usually keep the fused Pokémon or the fusion itself in second place.
