Sometimes the hyperfocus energy drives you to greatness immediately, and other times getting it right is work. I usually have a burst of inspiration where I get the first basic bones done and then do little fusses over time until I make myself accept it as done

But if I don't get over that initial wall I fizzle. It's like that for a lot of my personal art projects - without an external motivator it has to hit right before I can get over the first hurdle, but once I'm past that everything else is easier to step in and out of
