I have found a potentially more interesting "controversial" metric than a simple standard deviation. Sprites that recieved at least one five, but also at least one zero. Would be really interesting to know the different thought processes that went into the decisions by the judges. But the other interesting aspect is that they were all really high scoring, good sprites. What drove the judges to choose a 0? We may never know... 👻

And also an alternative way to get a "top 5" by measuring the "least low votes" 😛

I think some legendaries will be popular at least. Tbh I agree that I hope there aren't too many but I wouldn't be surprised if there were a fair few.

I would like to see Unova given that's where the DNA splicers originate, and people have decompiled and extracted all the 3D models from gens 4-5 for Essentials, can be a bit of a pain though won't beat around the bush

I don't know, I've always thought there could be some ways to differ Marshadow and Darkrai. The palettes differ (Marshadow has green, yellow, and orange) and in appearance, Marshadow does things differently like its wisps and Zenith form. I think it's overall design and philosophy can make for alternative or sometimes better fusions than Darkrai. Personally see potential, maybe not as much in body fusions but they can definitely work too.

Its body fusions would be more limited

Its not like Hoopa Who can be big and small at the same time

Like for instance

Hoopa in the big form has UP to a maximum of 6 arms and a minimun of 2

So you can always be flexible with what you want to make

You could go traditional genie route
