For Themed Competitions, instead of having a subject Pokémon, there's a subject theme, and all fusions submitted must fit the theme (but still aim to have them look like a fusion of the two Pokémon, in the Pokémon style).
Special Competitions tend to come with their own rules, but are very similar to Themed Competitions usually.
